Tidbits and Random Stuff

Well Batman has felt bub a lot more in the last week. You should see his face when it happens. Its so cute. If he was able to stay awake just that little bit longer he would see/feel Jacob in his prime time. Late at night!!!!! My tummy was doing all sorts of weird and wonderful things and I didn’t even need to touch it…just watch it. He also had the hiccup’s lol. Was an experience let me tell you, for a while I was getting worried cause they felt so strange and then I remembered that they can get the hiccup’s and that thought settled me down.

By jingo’s have I been hungry. I just finish something and half an hour later I am starving again. Its driving me mad. There are only so many food breaks I can take at work and it feels like I need at least 100 more per day just to stop my tummy grumbling. Grrrrrrrr!

So far so good with the sleeping. I only wake up once in the night and it’s the same time every night 4.00am. I don’t turn on any lights on my trip to the loo so I can go directly back to sleep once I assume a comfortable position. I’ve been reading other ladies due the same time as me and they are starting to struggle with sleep and being uncomfy in bed. Lucky me!!!!!! Although at this very moment I am reaching out and touching wood…. Don’t want to speak to soon now do I?

I have one more pressie to buy and I am done for Christmas shopping. Already know what shop, where and what to buy so once I find a car park it should be a piece of cake. All other pressies are wrapped and tagged BUT I cant put them under my tree, fat head doggie thinks wrapping paper is the coolest thing, that and bon bons. I had 5 bon bons put through out the tree and yep you guessed it the dog has taken the lot. Lucky for him I had bought ones without those small little toys in them otherwise he probably would have choked. He thinks he’s people! Also can’t keep his fat head away from my jam toast in the mornings, he just doesn’t understand that Mummy doesn’t want to share certain yummy stuff. I bought him a Christmas hat and collar so when I put them on him I will take a pic and post it but instead of him being a Santa’s little helper he will be Santa’s little terror cheeky thing he is. Oooohhh but I love him…mummies little mooshie.

My oh my the weather we have been getting is ridiculous. Its 30 degree’s here today with thunderstorms. Its soooooo humid and my hair is not happy! But I suppose having unhappy hair is better than what I was on Friday when it was 35 degree’s. My feet, my legs, my eyes and brain were screaming at me to go to bed at like midday. I got home from work sat in front of the cooler and went to bed early. Since Batman had his Chrissy party I was home by myself and he tells me that when he got home I was sprawled all over the bed.

Well at least I know Batman has done his Christmas shopping for me. I have got a nice little present all wrapped up for me with a tag saying To Emily From Your Hunk Of A Man. The funny thing is at my families place we put all the presents under the tree and then elect someone to be Santa to hand them all out one at a time. When Santa gives you your present the tag is read out to everyone so everyone knows whom it is from and what it is that you got. Usually takes about 3 hours for the opening of presents to finish before we can even start on lunch. Lucky me has been Santa for the last three years running. But I got an excuse this year I am no longer trim taught and terrific, I am a plump pregnant woman with raging hormones so there aint no way I am gonna be on my feet for three hours handing out presents, someone else can have the honours this year.

Well if I don’t post again I am wishing everyone a safe and happy Christmas. If travelling travel safely and don’t forget to leave Santa his cookies and milk and a big bucket of water and some carrots for those reindeers of his.
