My Cot Set

Well all i need to buy now is the pram thank god. I have gone through the checklist and then some let me tell you. I now have to restrain myself from buying anything else until after bubba is born. When i add it all up i have spent well into the thousands on all this baby stuff. Luckily though i got myself a headstart and bought things very early on in the pregnancy. There was still the risk of miscarry and i had already bought the cot and change table but i thought if i miscarry i can still use the cot if ever i get pregnant again.

So this weekend i will be decorating the nursery. YaY i have been waiting to do this for ages just have not had the time and energy what with working and all...but guess what Friday is my last day and then i am on mat leave for 6 months. This will be the longest period of time, since i left school, that i have not worked everyday. I am little nervous about sitting at home for 30 days before he is due but excited as well. I am excited that i can sleep in but nervous i will get bored during the day. Also it should be a time for rest but i know i wont be able to.......too much to do not enough time.

My midwife app went well, my fundal height has now caught up and i am measuring 35 weeks, his heartbeat was 155. Just my blood pressure was a little higher than normal at 137/80. My only complaint at the moment is i am suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome. Arghhhhh when you have to wake up 5 times during the night because your hands are numb with pins and needles it becomes a bit annoying. I am also waking up and the ache is that bad i cant clench a fist at all. So a bottle of coke i can not open.

Anyhoo better be off......
